Julija Kaladžinskaitė, founder and Business Development Manager at Solar Explain, is a professional in the PV industry with extensive experience in B2B sales and renewable energy. At SoliTek, Julija developed expertise in competitive sales strategies and navigating the complexities of the solar sector. 

Her specialization in Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) was enhanced through participation in the International Summer School at the Technical University of Denmark, where she explored cutting-edge technologies in organic, perovskite, and BIPV systems. Julija also collaborated with the Lithuanian Green Building Council, integrating renewable energy into sustainable building projects and advancing environmentally friendly construction practices. 

Julija established Solar Explain to bridge knowledge gaps in the solar energy industry by collaborating with top market experts. The platform delivers professional and unbiased information for both new and established solar professionals, as well as residential and commercial sectors. Her goal is to empower the solar market with high-quality training and consulting, helping to reduce investment risks and support long-term industry growth.
