Stanislas Merlet is an accomplished solar PV consultant with over a decade of experience. He has extensive international experience from solar projects ranging from Eastern/Southern Africa to Central/Southeast Asia. His solar energy competence is matched by his language skills in French, English, Spanish and Norwegian. He has been one of the founding members of Multiconsult’s solar energy advisory team. Previously, he coordinated scientific projects for the French Embassy in Norway and led photovoltaic initiatives at VOL-V Solar and FORCLUM in France. Stanislas has been awarded the prizes “Norway’s Young Consultant of the Year” by the Norwegian Association of Consulting Engineers (RIF) in 2017 and “Europe’s Young Professional of the Year” by the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) in 2018.

Miglė Makuškaitė – Survilė

John O’Toole

BESS Consultant

As a Chartered Engineer, John O’Toole brings 20 years of energy industry experience with a strong focus on operations and asset management. His career highlights include managing a 15 MWe CHP plant for Guinness Brewery in Dublin, overseeing operations and safety for a 400 MW CCGT power station, managing control for 1 GW of UK wind assets, and serving as a Technical Director for the UK’s largest battery fleet. He’s currently involved in major UK battery projects totaling over 1.2 GW.

Gediminas Juknius

Gediminas Juknius is a dedicated professional in the solar energy industry, currently leading as Technical Sales Manager for SolarEdge Technologies in the Baltic Region. Gediminas has hands-on experience as a Solar PV Installer at JSC Voltas and Commissioning Engineer at Aedilis. His career also spans B2B sales management roles at Eternia Lietuva and Sun Investment Group, emphasizing his broad experience from technical installations to strategic sales and market development. His contributions to the solar industry are grounded in his early technical roles, laying a solid foundation for his current leadership position.

Dr. Radovan Kopecek

Director, Co-Founder @ ISC Konstanz

Dr. Radovan Kopecek is one of the founders of ISC Konstanz (International Solar Energy Research Center Konstanz). He has been working as a full time manager and researcher since January 2007, and is currently the leader of the advanced solar cells department dealing with novel cell technologies. Dr. Radovan Kopecek is responsible for several European and national research projects. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Board of Directors at the European Solar Manufacturing Council (ESMC), and a founding member of AtaMoS-TeC in Chile starting from 2018.

Dieter Moor

Founder @ Arconsol

Dieter Moor is a highly skilled professional specializing in BIPV solutions (building-integrated photovoltaic). With expertise in façade, glass, electrical systems, and photovoltaic technology, he brings a comprehensive understanding of renewable energy. Dieter has been actively involved in the BIPV industry since 2005, further building upon his experience in renewable energy since 2000.

As the founder of Arconsol since July 2022, Dieter Moor is focusing on architectural consulting for solar solutions. He served as CEO for the Europe region at ClearVue Technologies Limited in 2021-2022 and led Ertex Solartechnik as CEO for an impressive 16 years (2005-2021).

Constantin Klyk

Constantin Klyk has a rich background in solar photovoltaics, specializing in contract negotiations and technological innovation. He also worked as a Researcher @ ISC Konstanz, focusing on PV yield prediction, system design, and Agri-PV (2021-2022), and as a Development Engineer at Africa GreenTec, concentrating on solar PV projects (2020-2021). With an academic foundation in engineering, Constantin is at the forefront of integrating sustainable practices into innovative solar energy solutions. He is the lead author of the upcoming book “Varieties of Agrivoltaics,” which delves into the technical, ecological, commercial, and legal aspects of AgriPV.

Ciaran Murphy

Ciaran Murphy specializes in solar mounting systems for both commercial and residential projects, with a focus on Europe and Australia.
