Meet Our Founder: Julija Kaladžinskaitė
The driving force behind Solar Explain is its founder and CEO, Julija Kaladžinskaitė. Julija established Solar Explain to address the lack of accessible, high-quality training in the solar energy industry. Her goal was to provide a platform that delivers practical knowledge and unbiased information for professionals across residential and commercial sectors. Through Solar Explain, Julija is empowering the solar market with accessible, sustainable, and high-quality training, reducing investment risks and supporting long-term industry growth.
“I often felt I was missing essential knowledge that could help me achieve better results. At that time, there was no place to find it. Only conferences and workshops. That’s it. To participate in a conference, to pay for the hotel, to fly to another country – it’s not sustainable anymore, and it’s not practical. So I decided to create this online platform for PV and renewable energy professionals.”

Solar Stars EU: Conference & Awards
Solar Stars EU, held annually, is a gathering of solar energy business professionals and public bodies. In 2024, the conference brought together an impressive lineup of experts to discuss critical topics like C&I and utility-scale PV/BESS, electricity price dynamics, cybersecurity, and scaling businesses.
