Purpose of the Code:

This Code of Conduct is established to guide the process of selecting lecturers within our organization. It exists to ensure that our educational offerings meet the highest standards of quality, relevance, and integrity. By setting clear expectations for our lecturers, we aim to foster an environment of excellence and ethical behavior that reflects our commitment to advancing the renewable energy sector.

Scope:

This Code applies universally to all potential and current lecturers.

Selection Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of five years in the relevant field is required.
• Lecturing Experience: We favor candidates with previous teaching experience, particularly in online environments, demonstrating lecturing quality and effective engagement strategies.
• Professional Conduct: Lecturers must adhere to high standards of professional behavior, including honesty, transparency, respect for intellectual property rights, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to their field of expertise.

Selection Process:

Our lecturer selection at Solar Explain starts with an initial application form that helps us identify promising candidates. Successful applicants are then invited for an online meeting to further assess their fit with our values and expertise, ensuring we maintain our commitment to educational quality.

Lecturers are expected to engage in continuous improvement and will be regularly reviewed through participants feedback forms.

By participating in our programs, lecturers agree to uphold the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct.
